About Andy
I was born and raised in Iowa City and am happy to call it home. Making it as far as Davenport, IA for college where I attended St. Ambrose University, I always knew I would be back. From family and friends to everything this community has to offer I knew this was the place for me. Of course, being from Iowa City I am a lifelong Hawkeye fan but having family in the Chicago area has also made me a Chicago sports team fan. I enjoy spending as much time as possible with family and friends in my free time.
I love watching movies, playing and watching sports, and the occasional living room dance party with my wife and kids. I have been a mortgage loan originator since 2013 and have loved, not only the experiences I have had but getting to share in the experiences of others. It is truly something special to help someone achieve their home goals; whether that be purchasing a house or refinancing to better their financial position, pay off debts, or even remodel their home. Everyone has their own story so it’s pretty cool to get to be a part of it.
I particularly love working with first-time homebuyers as I remember what it was like going through the process myself. I understand how exciting and yet overwhelming it is so if I can be a calming voice throughout the process, it is definitely something special. I strive to give my clients the best experience possible and would be honored to help you navigate the home loan process!
