Growing up in a blue-collar community is something that has shaped my life outlook and identity. My enjoyment of a hard day’s work and a job well done was instilled at a young age, and is something I still lean on today in an always-changing mortgage market. Growing up in Northeast Missouri gave me an opportunity to work hands-on, and learn how important the average American is in the daily world we live in. From pouring concrete to harvesting fish (ask me sometime!), these experiences made me realize something: these are the people that make this country work. Since then, I have been seeking ways to best give back and serve those who taught me how to work hard and have passion for what I do every day.
I moved to Columbia, Missouri in 2010 to attend the University of Missouri, and needless to say I have never seen a reason to leave. The energy and diversity this college town brings is refreshing and brings with it new opportunities daily to assist others in buying their chunk of the American dream as well. When I am not working, I enjoy the numerous live music events, golf courses, and fantastic local restaurants that mid-Missouri has to offer. I also enjoy woodworking and landscaping, and most weekends you will find me doing one of the two around the house.
With over 5 years as a mortgage loan originator in experience and 1,000+ customers assisted with their home-buying goals, I turned to USA Mortgage to continue my career due to their ability and mission to help every customer with a loan that meets their unique goals. I wish I had known of all the first-time homebuyer programs they readily sponsor when I bought my first home in Columbia in 2018! It definitely helps to work with an organization that is invested and knowledgeable about your community, and I have found USA Mortgage to be that company. When you do decide to make the move to a new home, your first home, or whatever your financial needs may be, the company and Mortgage Professional you work with are equally as important as the loan product and rate. I welcome the opportunity to learn more about your needs and goals, and hopefully, we can be a great fit to work together!
