I am originally from Sullivan MO. Sullivan is a small town about 45 minutes west of St. Louis on I-44. I moved to the Lake of the Ozarks when I was 16 years old but didn’t stay long having joined the ARMY in 2006 when I was 18 as an Aviation Operations Specialist specializing in MEDEVAC. I spent most of my twenties in the Army. I was stationed at Ft. Hood, Texas for six years where I deployed three times: Twice to Iraq and once to Afghanistan. During my time deployed I was responsible for providing medical evacuation to wounded soldiers and civilians and training soldiers on MEDEVAC procedures.
After my last deployment I had a permanent change of station to Ft. Carson, Colorado where I spent the last two years of my time in service. In my free time in the United States, I started small renovation projects on homes as a hobby. This is where I began to take an interest in real estate. After leaving the ARMY in 2014 I began college courses in Colorado Springs pursuing a degree in business which I later changed to finance. I decided to move back to the Lake of the Ozarks in 2016 to be closer to family.
Upon moving back to the Lake of the Ozarks I decided it was time to get back into a professional field and began working towards becoming a realtor. I quickly achieved my goal of becoming a realtor in 2018 when I received my realtors license then learned about the mortgage industry which combines two of the things I am most interested in: Real Estate and Finance. I started with USA Mortgage after I received my mortgage brokers license in 2019. I am a hard worker and pride myself on getting the job done right the first time. The easiest way to do that is to be very clear and concise with your borrower on the process and the documentation required for their specific loan program as well as to be very clear with any issues to overcome so there are no surprises when the ball is midway down the field.
