About Theresa

I grew up in the world of military life. My father served in the United States Air Force, retiring at the time I left home and married. For the first several years of marriage, my husband served in the United States Army. There is an air of honor and service to others in military life. I believe this to be an integral part of who I am today.

My experience in customer service began at the Army commissary in Friedberg, Germany about 36 years ago. There, as an Army wife, I bagged groceries and delivered to the surrounding military apartment complexes. Even then it felt good to be of service. When we left the Army and came home to Mountain View, MO in 1992, I worked with the local Walmart as a Customer Service Manager. In 1996 I found my niche at what became Landmark Bank. I started as a teller and over the years grew to Loan Officer/Asst VP. I began specializing in mortgage loans in 2007 until joining USA Mortgage in 2021.

I am honored to be a part of USA Mortgage Mountain View Branch, and to continue my long career of customer service and lending experience. With a broader spectrum of mortgage options, specialized product knowledge, AND a great team working on your behalf, trust us with your homeownership dreams!
